Storyline
Pop star Diana Ross portrays legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday in this biographical drama. Beginning with Holiday's traumatic youth, the film depicts her early attempts at a singing career and her eventual rise to stardom, as well as her difficult relationship with Louis McKay (Billy Dee Williams), her boyfriend and manager. Casting a shadow over even Holiday's brightest moments is the vocalist's severe drug addiction, which threatens to end both her career and her life.

A black high school student is caught dating a white girl by the girl's brother. He and his biker gang beat the boy to death. The boy's brother, who is a member of a black biker gang, hears about it and comes to town to avenge his brother's death.

J.D.'s Revenge (1976)

Storyline
He came back from the dead to possess a man's soul and get the vengeance he craved! A young law student (Glynn Turman) goes to a nightclub show where is is hypnotized. While under hypnosis he experiences a weird nightmare in which he has the feeling of being someone else.

During the days and weeks that follow, his physical appearance and voice chance dramatically and a weird new personality begins to possess him. In the slow motion movements of a nightmare, he finds his way to an abandoned meat-packing plant to find out why his mind and body have been taken over by a hoodlum who has been dead for thirty years.
