Storyline
"Mugsy" is the leader of a band of fur thieves. He is in love with the beautiful Kay and determined to hold her affection by giving her lavish presents and luxury. The plot is complicated by Grace, Mugsy's schoolday sweetheart. She remembers him only as Eddie, the boy who loved to be near her before he drifted away into underworld company and the wiles of a heartless schemer. Still loving him, she becomes a famous radio singer when by the tides of fate their paths cross again. Lieutenant Lester finally solves the robberies and murders and runs down Mugsy's gang of criminals.
